Meet Chef Shane and his wife Leydy Bright. A dynamic duo fueled by their passion for food and fortified by their military backgrounds. Chef Shane's family legacy of running a successful catering business for over three decades (with clients that included University of Alabama, Southern Company, UAB, Birmingham Museum of Art) and his extensive 20-year journey in the diverse realms of the food industry, including formal culinary training at Coastal Alabama Gulf Shores after graduating from Auburn University, they bring a wealth of expertise to the table.

Their shared love of food has been the driving force behind their decision to open Bright Bocados there they aim to refine their clients' skills and explore new culinary horizons all while enjoying a fun filled class.
