Enjoy this interactive class, alongside trained chefs, where we walk you through a menu from appetizer to dessert. In this class you will learn how to make potato croquettes, Piri Piri Chicken and blistered Brussel sprouts finished by brûlée tarts. Join this hands on class as you learn expert techniques. Menu: Appetizer- Potato Croquettes with Manchego Cheese. Delicious deep fried croquette filled with crispy potatoes, Manchego cheese, parsley, smoked paprika, and butter. Entree- Piri Piri Chicken with blistered Brussel sprouts with Spanish chorizo and hot honey. Delicious chicken dish rooted in African and Portugal flavors using potent, flavorful arbol chile or Piri Piri chile. These flavors marry well with the blistered Brussel sprouts that are tossed in olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and hot honey. Dessert- Portuguese brûlée custard tarts Delicious brûlée custard mini tart that is just as flakey as it is delicious.
